The Annual Gathering is held in April during the Hereditary Society fortnight in Washington, DC.
The purpose of the Annual Gathering is for the election of a new Executive Board in odd-numbered years, recording and receiving of reports from officers and/or committees, and any business that may be considered essential to the agenda by the President General. Five (5) members of The Guild shall constitute a quorum of the Annual Gathering. There shall be no voting by proxy.

Hereditary Week in Washington D.C. April, 2023 at the Army and Navy Club.
During Hereditary Week in Washington, D. C. April 2022, the next gathering meeting will be held at the Army and Navy Club. It'll be the next face to face meeting after two years.
The 2021 meeting was held by Zoom due to the Covid Pandemic. Thirty-eight attendees witnessed the swearing in of the slate of officers for 2021-2023.
The 2020 meeting was cancelled due to the Covid Pandemic.
The 2019 gathering was a breakfast meeting held at the Army and Navy Club on April 9, 2019, when the officers for the 2019-2021 term were sworn in.
On April 10, 2018 a meeting was held at the Army and Navy Club.
On April 10, 2017, a joint lunch meeting was held with the Order of Norman Conquest and Professor Richard Abel gave a talk " Who fought along side Harold at Hastings and why?"
On April 12, 2016, Rev. Lynne Kogel, gave a talk on "The History of Stained Glass" at the Cosmos Club during a joint luncheon.
The Tuesday, April 14, 2015 meeting was a plated breakfast at the Army and Navy Club. Douglas Richardson was our speaker, and officers for the 2015 - 2017 term were elected. Dianne Robinson was our sponsor.
The 2014 Annual Gathering will be a buffet breakfast held on Tuesday, April 8th at the Army and Navy Club. Our thanks to Dianne Robinson, our sponsor.
