The Annual Gathering is held in April during the Hereditary Society fortnight in Washington, DC.
The purpose of the Annual Gathering is for the election of a new Executive Board in odd-numbered years, recording and receiving of reports from officers and/or committees, and any business that may be considered essential to the agenda by the President General. Five (5) members of The Guild shall constitute a quorum of the Annual Gathering. There shall be no voting by proxy.
The Tuesday, April 14, 2015 meeting was a plated breakfast at the Army-Navy Club. Douglas Richardson was our speaker, and officers for the 2015 - 2017 term were elected. Dianne Robinson was our sponsor.
The 2014 Annual Gathering will be a buffet breakfast held on Tuesday, April 8th at the Army-Navy Club. Our thanks to Dianne Robinson, our sponsor.
